Garden Studios expands into the old Panalux building for new Tulip Campus

Some buildings and plots of land have a soul, and we believe our new “Tulip” campus is one of them.

For years, this site was home to the talented team at Panalux, a name synonymous with great lighting for film and TV. The campus wasn’t just filled with cutting-edge equipment—it was a hub of knowledge, creativity, and countless beautifully lit productions.

Now, as Garden Studios takes over the space, we are excited to carry on Panalux’s legacy. We aim to uphold their high standards while expanding our own offerings with new offices, workshops, and stages. Though Panalux is moving on, they will always be part of our story—and we look forward to collaborating on future projects.

Tulip Warehouse is a multi-functional building with a mezzanine and interior offices. The entire space is over 48,000 sq ft and can be partitioned into smaller zones for different departments.
