Looking back at a successful year for Garden Studios

2024 has been a great year for Garden. From new team members to over 60 productions joining us this year, we’re happy to reflect on a great 12 months for the studio.

This year, we welcomed our new COO, Bee Devine, and our new board member, Georgia Brown. Both have brought a wealth of experience and insights to our business. We have also doubled down on the stages — literally! As of the beginning of 2025, we will have eight sound stages. And finally, we were able to share the fruits of so much labour from clients we hosted between 2022-2024: Amazon’s “My Lady Jane”, Studio Canal’s “We Live in Time”, Apple TV’s “Trying” Season 4, and advertising shoots like Charlotte Tilbury’s new fragrance line and the latest Swarovski ad featuring Ariana Grande.

Lets take a look at some of the highlights from this year…

This year we were excited to finally add Tulip to our accolade of flowers. Tulip Warehouse 1 offers a large production multi-functional spaces for construction, stunts, props, and/or costume. The mezzanine divides the open space up into smaller, more versatile spaces for different teams. Offices within the warehouse allow for individual and small team workspaces.

As well as a smaller supporting warehouse, Tulip has over 44,000 sq. ft. of Unit Base. We offer a range of options so you can select the right size footprint for your production. 24/7 access possible, security included (you may bring in additional), utilities available.

This year, Orchid had a makeover! The Orchid Campus is the heart of Garden Studios. The main building has three mid-size sound stages which have been under construction and will be available from January 2025.

The stages are adjacent to a production office block and two large warehouses. There is ample parking on site and much more within a stone’s throw. The property is secured with fencing and 24/7 guards on duty.

Our VP stage now features a 19m x 4m LED wall, up from 12m x 4m. With 3,168 sq. ft of cutting-edge production space, complete with prep areas, green rooms, and parking, you can join over 110 successful productions—commercials, games, music videos, films, TV, and more.

We’ve been thrilled to have lots of new productions on the stage this year including Trying Season 4, Calum Scott and more!

We’re proud to say that since the inception of Garden we have offered 59 individual work experience placements, 7 of which have moved into permanent positions in the business. We’ve also hosted 41 insight visits which include campus tours and creative workshops with education and training providers!

We were also excited to see projects past and present released including Witches, My Lady Jane and Swarovski.

This year we also gave Garden a makeover, giving each individual campus it’s own personality. This went hand in hand with launching our shiny new website.

We’re super excited for 2025 as seven stages will become eight with a new campus coming very soon…
