Team Offices

The Orchid 2 Offices cover 1,500 sq ft across 5 separate spaces – two open area offices and three private offices. There is a kitchen and multiple toilets within the building. These offices have direct access into the Orchid 2 Warehouse 2, making them perfect for an art department or costume team that is also using the workshop.

FAQs

Can we use our own suppliers?

One of our key differentiators from the other studios in greater London is that we remain agnostic about which vendors and suppliers you hire for camera and lighting packages, catering, or anything else. We do not tack on fees either.

How will you work with us to adopt sustainability policies?

We ask all of our production clients to partner with us in committing to adopting sustainable production policies. Our Head of Sustainability works closely with HODs to inform them about options for waste reduction, recycling, and re-use. We can direct materials to community organizations given enough time for planning. Signage around campus will indicate where and how to recycling day-to-day materials, not to let vehicles idle, and temperature control in each building. We will capture as much data as possible for future reporting to albert.

Do you have enough parking?

Yes! Despite being in central London, our location in the Park Royal industrial area means we have several acres of property that include lots for unit base or crew parking. In addition to serving the needs of our clients filming at Garden Studios, we offer unit base lots for crews filming around London as well.

Do you have on-site caterers?

We have a small cafe that is open during weekdays from 7:30 to 16:00 most days in Greenhouse 16. The cafe service coffee, tea, soft drinks and other canned drinks, as well as sandwiches, salads, snacks and more.

For more robust catering options, productions can hire the catering company of their choice or we are happy to make recommendations.

Do you have different rates for build days vs shoot days?

The main sound stages at Garden do not have different rates that vary based on your phase of production. The virtual production stage rates do vary based on pre-light day vs shoot day.
