Garden Studios has eight sound stages from 5,000 to 23,000 square feet. The range of sizes are popular with producers, production designers, and talent in features, indies, high-end TV drama, and top-tier commercial advertising. Each production works with a different combination of stages, rooms, workshops, and other ancillary spaces depending on what the project calls for. Writers’ rooms, production offices, makeup and wardrobe areas, prop storage, and dedicated spaces for producers and execs are all thoughtfully laid out for maximum convenience. Whether your departments prefer to work side-by-side or spread out for privacy, our modular layout adapts to fit your needs.
Utilise our warehouse spaces for set construction, props, costume, audience holding, rehearsals, or stunts. No long hauls between departments, no time wasted, just smooth operations.
Tulip Warehouse 1
Tulip Warehouse is a multi-functional building with a mezzanine and interior offices. The entire space is over 48,000 sq ft and can be partitioned into smaller zones for different departments.

Tulip campus has over 50 individual spaces and a 32,000 sq ft back lot that is perfect Unit Base parking or crew.
